Live Nation/Ticketmaster is not offering ability to print tickets at home. They have basically just helped themselves to a 3.5 year interest-free loan financed by MY $850. But I was simply notified that refunds are no longer being offered for this event. I tried to send another contact demanding the refund I was entitled to. There was also notice of a change in health screening requirements for the venue. THEN in February 2022, I receive an email that the concert has, again, been rescheduled for August 2023 (3.5 years after purchasing the tickets and 3 years after the original date) and that my tickets were still valid for the new date. I sent an email to find out what was going on but never received a response. I never received my refund and I was never contacted about any issues. It also said if there is an issue processing the refund, I would be contacted by a Fan Support Rep. Then, in late 2021, I receive an email notifying me that the concert has been cancelled and refunds will be issued automatically and no further action need be taken. Obv is was postponed because of COVID and then rescheduled several times. 2020, directly from Live Nation, for a Matchbox 20 concert scheduled in June 2020.
