Benefits of Linkpen over the old Joinit toolbar system: My favourite fonts for free cursive handwriting are the following: ColeCarriera1 (shown above). Go to Home > Font > and search for Victorian Modern Cursive. When the next Window opens, right click on each of the files and select Install. Happily, most computers used in schools now can handle OpenType fonts, so we have created Linkpen fonts to replace the old Joinit system. Click on Extract All files button on the Toolbar. Mac computers do include a copy of the cursive font Brush Script, but this is the only pure cursive font available. Windows includes many basic serif, sans serif, and language-based fonts but no cursive fonts. It only worked in Word, and could only join text all in one go.
